The Royal Swedish Yacht Club (KSSS) proudly presents the Eton Archipelago Race – a new feeder race to the Gotland Runt Offshore Race, held on Friday 26 June 2026. The new name marks a deepened collaboration with KSSS partner Eton, the Swedish brand that since 1928 has stood for quality, style and innovation.
The race is open to all keelboats and offers a perfect opportunity for those who want to become part of the unique sailing festival surrounding Gotland Runt. Both experienced sailors and new crews will have the chance to experience the special feeling of sailing into Sandhamn as the excitement of Gotland Runt week begins to build.
The race is sailed as a pursuit start, where the slower boats start first and are chased by faster boats starting later based on their handicap rating, SRS. This creates excitement from the very beginning and sets the stage for close and thrilling racing through the Stockholm archipelago. The finish takes place in Sandhamn, where a vibrant after sail awaits and the atmosphere ahead of Gotland Runt is already in full swing.
The Eton Archipelago Race is more than a race – it is the starting signal for the summer’s great sailing celebration.
